We take a commercially focused approach to enforcement. Where appropriate, we pursue urgent injunctive relief, damages, account of profits, delivery up, takedown and other available remedies, while also deploying negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where these offer a more effective route to protecting the client’s interests.

Our objective is not simply to establish that an infringement has occurred, but to stop the infringement, preserve the value of the brand or creative asset, and secure the outcome that best serves the client’s broader commercial interests.
